Refunds
Applications for refunds will be accepted more than 2 weeks prior to the event: a full refund (minus any payment processing fee) will be provided within 10 working days after you have notified (and received acknowledgement) from the VKR.
*Less than 2 weeks prior to the event: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and no refund will be provided.
*Based on compassionate and compelling reasons, up to a 100% refund will be provided after notifying the VKR.
COVID-19: If an event is cancelled due to COVID-19, a full refund (minus any payment processing fee) will be provided within 10 working days.
Composite Teams
These will not be accepted for VKC 2021.
